Refunds are not always guaranteed, as each order is carefully inspected and packaged with accuracy to ensure quality and correctness before shipping.

We do accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. (Which is not likely at all)
